The Southern Maryland Junior Wrestling League provides boys and girls an opportunity to enjoy the challenges of wrestling. The program is designed to enable participants to develop their athletic skills, learn the art of wrestling, be prepared for wrestling competition at the secondary school level, and learn lessons of good sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and selfÂcontrol. Children can start at age 4 (must be born in 2007, for 2011-2012 season).
